Deposits and withdrawals via GC Pay

Procedure

  1. Log in to myAlpari and go to the "Transfer funds" – "Deposit funds" section. Choose "GC Wallet" and select your deposit currency (USD, EUR). Select the account to which you would like to make a deposit and click "Continue".
  2. Next, enter the amount you wish to transfer and then click "Continue". You will then be redirected to the provider’s page, where you will need to select the deposit account and payment details in order to complete the payment.

Important information

Please read through the following information before making a deposit:

  • Deposits can only be made from a GC Wallet account in the name of the Alpari account holder.
  • The maximum amount that can be transferred via GC Wallet is 50,000 USD (or equivalent amount).
  • All transactions sent in a currency that differs from the denomination currency of your account will be automatically converted, for which charges may apply.
  • Transfers from third parties are not accepted.
  • Rejected funds are returned to the sender.

Procedure

  1. Log in to myAlpari and go to the "Transfer funds" – "Withdraw funds" section. Choose "GC Pay" and the account from which you would like to make the withdrawal. Click "Continue".
  2. Next, enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your account and then click "Continue". Please complete the withdrawal process and submit your request.
  3. A confirmation code will be sent to your registered mobile phone. You will need to enter this code before you can submit your request.
  4. As soon as you submit your request you will receive an email in which you will have to click the relevant link to confirm your withdrawal request.
  5. In the "Funds transfer history" section you can check the status of your transfer. Once you see the status "Funds sent", check to make sure the funds have been transferred to your GC Pay Wallet account.

Important information

Please read through the following information before making a withdrawal:

  • Alpari reserves the right to request a client's proof of identity when they submit a request to withdraw funds to a GC Pay Wallet account  (see clause 1.5 of the Regulations for Non-Trading Operations).
  • Withdrawals can only be requested for a GC Pay Wallet account in the same name as the name of the Alpari account holder. Transfers to third parties are not accepted.
  • The maximum amount that can be transferred via GC Pay Wallet is 50,000 EUR (or equivalent).
  • In the event that the denomination currency of a trading account differs from the currency of the withdrawal request, the transaction will be subject to conversion, for which charges may apply.
  • Rejected funds are returned to the sender's account in myAlpari.
